Do I need to provide my Social Security number?
No. We never ask for or store your SSN. The check asks about your event, income and filing status, then your name, email and mailing details for preparing the form. You add your SSN to the printed form yourself.
Will you file with Social Security for me?
No. You review the prepared paperwork, add your SSN, sign, attach evidence and submit your request yourself.
What exactly do I receive for $149?
