Check IRMAA uses what you type for two things only. We use it to see if a packet may apply. If you buy one, we use it to fill Form SSA 44 and the filing guide. We do not sell your information. We do not put you on marketing lists.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people open. We do not send it your name, email, income numbers, or Social Security number.

Check IRMAA is independent of the Social Security Administration, CMS, and Medicare. This is not a government website.

We never ask for your Social Security number. We do not collect it, store it, or log it. We also do not collect ITINs, Medicare numbers, or Social Security account passwords. On the printed form, the Social Security number field stays blank. You write that in by hand.

Delete my data

This deletes the answers you entered, your mailing address, the income numbers you typed, and any stored packet file. Stripe keeps its own payment records.
